Summary
Apex Trader Funding is a futures evaluation firm founded by Darrell Martin that rebuilt its product line on 1 March 2026. New evaluations are one-time purchases with 30 days of access, sold in 25K to 150K sizes with either end-of-day or intraday trailing drawdown, and with or without an activation fee that is paid only after passing. Evaluations carry no consistency rule and can be passed in a single day. Performance Accounts pay 100% of approved requests after five qualifying profit days, subject to a 50% consistency check, a safety net and a six-payout limit. Automation and hedging are banned, is on the restricted list.

Is an Apex evaluation a subscription?No. You pay once for 30 calendar days of access; it expires without rebilling and cannot be reset.
What are the EOD evaluation targets?$1,500/$3,000/$6,000/$9,000 with an end-of-day drawdown of $1,000/$2,000/$3,000/$4,000 for 25K-150K.
Is there a consistency rule?Not in the evaluation. For PA payouts, no single day may reach 50% of profit since your last payout.
How much of a payout do I keep?All of it: approved payouts are 100%, with a $500 minimum and at most six payouts per PA.
Can I trade with a bot?No. Apex bans automated and algorithmic trading.
