1. Information only, not advice

Prop Firm Center compares prop trading firms. Everything on the site is general information. It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy any product. Prop trading carries a real risk of losing the fees you pay. Decide for yourself, and read each firm's own terms before you buy.

2. Accuracy

We take prices, rules and codes from each firm's own website first and show when a figure comes from third-party listings. Firms change their offers often, so details can be out of date or wrong. The firm's own website and terms always win. If you see an error, tell us.

3. Third-party firms and links

We are not a prop firm or broker and we are not party to any agreement you make with a firm. We do not control their websites, products, payouts or decisions, and we are not responsible for them. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any firm we list unless we say so. Some links may be affiliate links; see our affiliate disclosure.

4. Discount codes

Codes come from each firm's own website and can change, expire or carry conditions (for example, certain plans only). We cannot guarantee that a code will work at checkout.

5. Calculators and tools

Our calculators and simulators show scenarios based on the numbers you enter and the rules we have on file. They are not predictions of your results and not a promise that you will pass an evaluation or receive a payout.

6. Reviews and ratings

Trustpilot scores, counts and themes are third-party data shown as published. They reflect the views of the people who wrote them, not ours.

7. Acceptable use

Do not scrape the site at a rate that harms it, try to break its security, or copy our original text and comparisons for republication without permission. Short quotes with a link back are fine.

8. Our content

The site's design, original text, comparisons and calculations belong to Prop Firm Center. Firm names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.

9. Liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using the site or relying on its information, including fees paid to firms, failed evaluations or refused payouts. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; using the site after a change means you accept it.
