We filtered on three rules at once: expert advisors allowed on the plan, no minimum trading days on the plan, and no general ban on scalping in the firm's stated rules. Firms with a general scalping ban in their prohibited strategies are excluded even when their other rules look friendly, and narrow exceptions are noted on the pick. Plan figures below are the figures we track for each plan.

Short answer
Ment Funding is our top pick for scalping, because it is the one firm whose rules name scalping as allowed. The firms below all pass the same three tests: expert advisors allowed on the plan, no minimum trading days on the plan, and no general scalping ban in the firm's stated rules.
How we picked
Ment Funding states that scalping is allowed, with hedging within a single account only. Its 1-Step Forex plan carries a 10% profit target, a 5% daily loss limit, and a 6% trailing maximum loss, with a 75% profit split and a first payout on demand, then every 30 days. No other firm on this page names scalping outright.

Frequently asked questions
Why do so few firms pass a scalping filter?
Because most firms ban at least one piece of it. Blue Guardian, BrightFunded, Crypto Fund Trader, FundingPips, Leveraged, Maven, RZR, and Top One all carry a scalping ban in their prohibited strategies, and several other firms demand minimum trading days. Passing all three tests at once is what makes this list short.
Does no minimum trading days mean I can pass in one day?
No. No minimum days removes a floor, not the target. You still need the full profit target, and the daily loss limit still applies to every trade. A scalper who hits the target fast still needs clean risk control on the way there, since one oversized loss can end the attempt.
What should a scalper check before buying?
Check the daily loss limit first, then the drawdown type, then whether your system counts as your own strategy. A 3% daily limit leaves far less room for a losing run than a 5% limit, and a trailing floor moves against you after a winning run. Prop trading can cost you every fee you pay.
