Is E8 Futures legit?

E8 Futures publishes payout policies, but E8 Markets has a material review-platform warning: Trustpilot has made its brand rating unavailable after removing fake reviews. That warning does not itself establish a payout failure. Signature Futures also limits the number of payouts per account. We would assess the specific contract and account lifecycle rather than rely on a historic brand score.

Founded
The founding date is not confirmed by the official sources cited here.
Trustpilot
The E8 Markets brand page has no available rating because of a guidelines breach. Trustpilot says it removed fake reviews. This is not a futures-only profile. Checked October 2026.
Payouts
The futures payout guide states a $100 minimum net of the profit split; an 80% share requires a $125 request. Eligibility depends on the model. Signature requires a buffer matching its EOD Dynamic Drawdown and payout caps. Signature Futures bought after October 1, 2026 at 17:00 UTC is limited to 4 payouts.
Watch out for
After its payout limit, a Signature Futures account is deactivated and replaced with a free same-size challenge, regardless of the remaining buffer. The Trustpilot brand-rating warning is another reason for caution.
Our take
We would examine both the payout-cycle closure rule and review-platform warning before paying, rather than treat published rules as a reliability guarantee.
